How it works

Manual setup

  1. Create a spreadsheet with the required columns in Google Drive.
  2. In the app, create a form: paste the sheet URL and the sheet name.
  3. Add fields: name, data type, and target column.

From template library

  1. Choose a form template from the library.
  2. Tap “Add to my forms” — a copy of the spreadsheet will appear in your Drive.
